The Dolphins completed their coaching staff on Monday, February 4, hiring former Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator for the same role in Miami. Henning is 65 years old (hence the picture to the right) and brings with him 28 years of NFL coaching experience.The move to hire Henning marks the first time the Dolphins have had a true offensive coordinator since Mike Mularkey held the title in 2006, as former head coach Cam Cameron called the plays himself last season.
