I'll have an analysis article on this later today, but for now I just wanted to post that the Dolphins have waived fullback Casey Cramer and signed linebacker William Kershaw off their practice squad.
A fifth-year player out of Dartmouth, Cramer was signed following the season opener when fullback Boomer Grigsby was released. However, an ankle injury prevented Cramer from keeping a grasp on the job and he eventually lost out to current starter Lousaka Polite.
Kershaw, 25, is a third-year player out of Maryland who has bounced around from practice squad to practice squad over the past three seasons. He has appeared in three regular season NFL games (two with Kansas City and one with Houston) but has not recorded a tackle. His addition is likely to add depth to the inside linebacker spot with Channing Crowder nursing a knee injury.
