Draft Countdown's fourth-best wideout prospect, Heyward-Bey (6-2, 210) ran a 4.3 40-yard dash at Februay's scouting combine. He is expected to go in the latter half of the first round in next month's draft and would be a likely target for the Dolphins should they decide to take a receiver.
Also worked out by the Dolphins were Maryland tight end Dan Gronkowski, offensive tackle Dane Randolph and center Edwin Williams. Gronkowski and Randolph are likely to be undrafted in the 2009 NFL Draft, while Williams is a potential late-round selection.
The Dolphins are also scheduled to work out Maryland linebacker Moises Fokou today.
